Forget the hackathons of the past where you pulled all-nighters fueled by cold pizza and syntax errors. This is the Vibe Coding Hackathon.
In just one day, you will go from a vague idea to a fully functioning application. How? By combining the forces and letting Artificial Intelligence do the heavy lifting.
We provide the coffee, the tools, and the vibe. You provide the vision.
✨ What is "Vibe Coding"?
Vibe Coding is the new way to build software. You no longer write endless lines of code by hand; you orchestrate AI models (like Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini) using natural language.
- For the IT student: You are no longer the bricklayer, but the architect. You focus on complex logic, security, and integrations. The AI handles the typing.
- For the Business student: You are no longer on the sidelines. With tools like Lovable, you can build interfaces and flows yourself.
Natural Language is the new programming language.
🔥 The Challenges
The teamq will choose one of the following three tracks.
The goal: a working demo by 17:00 (No PowerPoints allowed!).
1️⃣ Track 1: The Paperwork Killer (B2B) Pick a boring, bureaucratic process (reviewing contracts, scheduling, data entry) and build an app that completely automates it. Focus: Efficiency & ROI.
2️⃣ Track 2: The Hyper-Local Hero (Consumer) Build a solution for a real problem on campus or in the city. From "Where can I find a study spot?" to "Carpooling to class." Focus: Mobile experience & Speed.
3️⃣ Track 3: The Data Storyteller (Analytics) You will receive a dataset. Build an interactive dashboard that you can talk to to get insights. Make data sexy. Focus: Visualization & Insights.
